For certain Services, we may collect identity and Know Your Customer ("KYC") related Information to verify your identity and comply with the customer identification procedures and customer due diligence requirements prescribed under Applicable Laws.

For e-KYC authentication with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), such as Permanent Account Number (PAN), photo, and Aadhaar-related information (including Aadhaar number, demographic details, or Virtual ID) and One Time Password / Pin (OTP). Please be aware that Aadhaar information submission and e-KYC authentication are not required. Instead, you may provide other identity documents to prove your identity in accordance with RBI's KYC Directions, 2016 in lieu of Aadhaar information.

Information to assess credit worthiness:   (a)      Students: Education related Information, such as name of college, year of graduation, college ID card, fee receipt;     (b)     Salaried individuals: Employment related Information, such as name of the employer, salary, bank statement of salaried account, offer letter, employment ID, and email address issued by the employer;     (c)      Self-employed: Information related to the self-employment, such as profession, social media links related to your work (if any), work location, income details, ITR related documents. Financial Information: In order to provide the Services, we may gather certain financial information (such as bank account or other payment instrument details), rental or lease agreement information, and communications pertaining to services or transactions. Device:   The electronic device you use to access the Portal may be the subject of information collection by us. This information may include the internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, software, device type, device ID, date and time of your visit, as well as other details. This assists us in identifying and confirming your identity as well as identifying and thwarting fraud. Usage of the Portal: We may gather data that you voluntarily provide electronically, data from searches, reviews, ratings, or comments you submit, data about you obtained from other people or sources, information about your visits to the Portal, and information about how you use the Portal. We may utilize this information to manage the Portal and generate broad statistics about Portal usage. When you add your pin code on the Portal or allow access from your mobile device, we get your location data. We only receive this information when someone uses our portal. If you disable, withdraw, or do not grant this access, you might only have restricted access to the Portal and/or Services available through the Portal.

Storage:

In order for you to use the Services and for your documents to be safely downloaded and saved on your phone, we might need your permission to upload any documents you need. This contributes to the seamless and easy-to-use Portal user experience.

THIRD PARTY INFORMATION:     Additionally, we may work closely with third-party business partners, technical subcontractors, analytics providers, search information providers, credit information companies, account aggregators, Affiliates (described below), and other parties from which we legally obtain information about you.
